Caitlin gave Andrew and I this book. It’s really great - I highly recommend it. It’s not just a cookbook. She gives really clear instructions on fundamental (and not so fundamental) techniques and some recipes that use them.
Also there are lots of pictures - extremely important in a cookbook.
