Howdy folks, I need some advice. Does anyone know of any free image editing software or site that can cut a photo to a certain size?
I need something where I can quickly resize photos while I’m at home and don’t have my work computer. I don’t really require all the bells and whistles of Photoshop… and the ONE AND ONLY thing that the photo sites I’ve found lack is, exactly what I need.
Any suggestions? Recommendations?
