I saw loads of folks commenting about their First Tumblrversary — so I dug into my archive to see when mine was. I totally missed it! It was on 10/23.
Coincidentally my first post was an internal discussion (I’m sure no one read my blog, seriously) about my previous year’s Halloween costume — a tag cloud — and a concern that my costume for that year was too obvious (Hindsight note: it wasn’t. No one really got that one, either). Maybe that’s why I’m not dressing up this year. I know I won’t be around a crowd that will appreciate a nerdy costume and there’s no way I’d be a sexy anything.
Anywho, thanks for reading my little scrapbook of sorts, largely full of self-indulgent posts and pictures of my cats. At the end of the day, I do it for me, but I’m glad you find some amusement in it, too.
And of course, I can’t forget all the wonderful people that this Tumblrverse has introduced me to. There’s a lotta cool folks out there.
