Nachos NY – The Quest for the Best Nachos Ever » Guactacular 2010 True story: I love mexican food, but for the majority of my life I have ignored it. I allowed it to go uneaten on the side of my plate. It’s greenness and texture scared me a bit. Until I finally gave in and tried it a few years ago. HEAVEN. Now I can’t eat enough of delicious, fresh guacamole. Thus, I’m thrilled to be a part of the 2010 Guactacular hosted by Nachos NY (a blog about nachos!!!) as a judge. Thankfully I didn’t tell them that I have no qualifications on judging food and am pretty big wuss when it comes to spicy things. But, I’m excited to try every single one and make myself do it — no matter how spicy. You should come! You should enter!
