After waking up early, a delicious brunch with Jeff, and getting a fun new case for my phone, I went to the Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market (Garage and Annex, specifically) hell bent on finding a desk. (Since I’ve been striking out thus far.) We were almost at the end of the lot when I found it. The desk of my dreams. And so similar to the $499 Porter desk at Pottery Barn that I’ve been drooling over. My find? A mere $90. It’s amazing quality (wood is def nicer than Ikea, etc.), the right size and there are hardly any scratches at all. In my flea digging I also found an awesome ‘Kelly’ ring and a new brown purse. Today has really been my day.
